FBWA Agents: the video above was discovered on You Tube during a routine media scan by FIC operatives. The source location was identified, and the sender was apprehended. He had no identification on his person when he was taken into custody. Judged to be mentally unbalanced, he was immediately locked up in the Pulaski County Regional Mental Institution for observation. He says he can't prove his identity because he was on a "mission" when he lost his ID in Paris, France. He keeps raving that he was "fooling around with a time machine" and got lost in time, and spent the years 1862 through 1867 roaming around Europe. He says he wants to go back to Scotland because "Adam needs new shoes." He talks about some geneology website that has all the answers...The man is obviously crazy. Does anyone at your agency recognize this guy? He claims to be an agent...is he one of yours? Do you want him back? For the record, could you please explain to us what has been going on at your agency? MLA format, please.
